Handling time:
Please allow 7-14 days for items to be completed and 3-5 days for shipping. The amount of time depends on the complexity of the item. It may take longer if I have a high volume of orders. As usual, I will provide pictures of the item once the order is completed.

Payment:
*YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEM(S) BEFORE THE ORDER IS STARTED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!* You will pay via Paypal or credit card. We accept PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp if you are unable to place the order online. Once the order payment is made, the order is started. Please be aware that there will be NO refund if you cancel your order after the payment is made.

Due to the fact that all of the products are custom-made, I DO NOT accept returns or do refunds. Please be certain of the customization of your item before placing an order.
